FIVE YEARS OF BEING MY OWN BOSS 🎉💞
Today marks five years since I took the leap and left my graphic design job to pursue my dream of running Paperfloré Studio full time. I never imagined I’d be here today still doing what I love five years on, and it’s all thanks to you 🫶🏻

It wasn’t an easy start. Just three months after leaving my job, lockdown hit and I lost every wedding booking. Instead of giving up, I poured my heart into supporting couples through a challenging time, and spent months working for free to help couples rearrange their wedding plans, designing thousands of ‘change the date’ cards. Those early days really tested me, but they also taught me to adapt and grow and helped shape my business to what it is today.

The past five years have been the most rewarding and challenging of my life. Before that, I also spent three years building my business alongside my full-time job, working tirelessly day and night. I’m incredibly proud to say that I’ve been creating wedding stationery for over eight years, for couples all around the world 🌎 ✈️

Yesterday, I hit a new personal record, I made the most wedding invitations and save the dates in a single day! 🥹💓 This is something I dreamed of 8 years ago, and even just 1 year ago. I’m truly amazed every day that this is my job - every bit of hard work has been more than worth it.

I make everything myself from start to finish, with every order printed in-house, with just my one pair of hands! So days like this feel like an incredible achievement ✨

I’m forever grateful for each and every order. Thank you to everyone who supports small businesses like mine, your support means the world to me 🫶🏼💞

Peak wedding season is coming to an end and I’ll be heading to Canada for my bucket list road trip 🇨🇦🚐. We’re hiring a motorhome and visiting lots of dreamy lakes and mountains. I’ve been looking forward to this for years and years 🥹

However, this does mean that I’ll be out of office. My little business will be closed from 19th September and reopening on 1st October. The next 2.5 weeks are going to be super busy, but I still have a tiny amount of availability for orders so please get in touch 💌💕

JULY DUMP ☀️🫶🏻 ➡️
Is anyone else wondering how it’s already August?!? I’M BAFFLED! Summer is my favourite time of year but life is so busy and the months just fly by!

I’ve got a super exciting month ahead! Lots of EXCITING jobs booked in which I can’t wait to get started on 🎨. More fun camping trips lined up, and I’m also attending two weddings this month, one in France at the beautiful @chateaufengari and one at a favourite local venue @llanerchweddings 😍

I’ve also signed up to a last minute weekend away which includes a 40km hike (because apparently that is my idea of fun 😂). I’ll be going with a group of 25 women I’ve never met! 🥾 I’m looking forward to taking on a new challenge and meeting some lovely like minded women ⛰️

JUNE DUMP ☀️✈️🍋🫶🏻
A wholesome month filled with exciting orders, a new product launch, travelling with my bestie, birthday celebrations, trialling a new exercise routine, a trip to London, networking events, a camping trip in the Cotswolds and a whole load of stress and chocolate 🍫

What a month 🙌🏻✨
July is looking busy with lots of exciting orders booked in. My weekends are also filled with lots of plans! A baby shower, a girls night out, meeting long distance friends, more networking events and also a girls weekend away in Pembrokeshire 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I’m taking a slower approach in my personal life throughout July, as August is going to be a busy one. I’m out of office 3rd - 11th August for TWO weddings so I’ll be working my little butt off in July. One wedding includes a week in France, we’re driving from Wales ➡️ Bordeaux for our friend’s wedding which is taking place at a beautiful Chateux 🇫🇷
