Hello! Welcome to Paperfloré

I'm Becci, founder of award-winning wedding stationery business Paperfloré. I'm so excited you've found my little corner of the internet.

Grab a cuppa.. I'd love to tell you a little bit about myself and the story behind Paperfloré.

About Paperfloré

What began nine years ago in my parents' tiny box bedroom has grown into a thriving business creating bespoke illustrated wedding invitations and destination wedding stationery.
Every love story is unique, and your wedding stationery should be too. After all, it's the first thing your guests see before the big day! I'm passionate about making personalised stationery that leaves a lasting impression, combined with acrylic and wooden keepsakes your guests will treasure for a lifetime.
Trusted by thousands of couples worldwide, my work is also highly recommended by Rock My Wedding, Hitched, Brides Magazine, Not on the High Street, Etsy and multiple wedding venues.

My Nan, My Inspiration

My love of art started young, spending hours painting with my Nan at her kitchen table. We'd set up our easels and I'd watch and learn as she created her beautiful landscape oil paintings. I went on to study illustration for four years at university, and almost seven years ago I made the leap and quit my full-time graphic design job to pursue my dream of building my own business.
I now spend my days painting wedding venues for bespoke, one-of-a-kind stationery. My Nan is now 84 and living in a care home and battling dementia, and although sometimes she barely remembers my name, when I show her my recent paintings, it makes her so happy and I'm sure it takes her right back to her younger days as an artist.
A full circle moment.
My wonderful Nan, Irene

My Dad, The Reason Why

Growing up, life wasn't easy. My dad was left disabled after a motorbike accident, and my mum became his full-time carer. We didn't have a lot as a family, so I started working at 13 and by 17 I was juggling two jobs working over 60 hours a week to save for my first car. When I finally got my first car (1997 Peugeot 106 called Percy) it meant everything, because I'd earned every penny myself.
Watching my dad be unable to work for as long as I can remember, only made me more determined to work hard and build a career out of something I love. On tough days, I come back to that.
There are people who would love to work and have big dreams of building a career out of something they love, but they're unable to, just like my Dad. I count my blessings every day, and will never ever take for granted how lucky I am.

In-House Production

Every piece of Paperfloré stationery is designed, printed and laser cut by me, right here in my print studio and workshop in South Wales. No middlemen, no outsourcing, just me, my machines, and a whole lot of care and love put into every order. I'm a perfectionist, so nothing leaves the studio unless I'm 100% sure you'll love it.
Over the past nine years I've reinvested heavily into the business, putting profits back into the best printers, laser cutters and highest quality materials, giving me complete control over quality, turnarounds and personalisation in a way other suppliers simply can't. It also means you'll deal with me directly, from first enquiry right through to delivery.

Voted Best Wedding Stationer!

Paperfloré was named Best Wedding Stationer in Wales at The Wedding Industry Awards!
I'm so proud of this one, because I was nominated by my customers and the judges base their decisions entirely on customer feedback. My overall score from the questions couples were asked was 69.6/70.

I also made it as a finalist for Best Wedding Stationery business in the UK at The Wedding Stationery Awards. There's no better feeling than knowing the couples I've worked with loved their stationery enough to shout about it.

Life beyond work

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me travelling in my camper van with my partner and our two crazy spaniels, Nero and Nala. We love spending any free time hiking coastal paths, or getting lost in the mountains. I'm Welsh, and being in the mountains is my therapy!

My idea of a perfect date? Wild camping on a mountain top and cooking pancakes while the sun rises. On holiday, I'll usually set a 4am alarm to chase sunrise from the highest peak, hire a bike or canoe and say yes to every adventure going.

Travelling is when I feel most inspired and when my best ideas are born. My destination wedding collection came to life whilst travelling. My Mountain Collection inspired by a trip to Lake Louise, Canada, and my Lemon Collection by a summer exploring the Amalfi Coast, Italy.
