You'll need one save the date per couple or household, not one per person. I'd recommend ordering an extra 10-15% for last-minute additions and keepsakes, so if you need 45, order 50.

If you need more later, the minimum reorder is 40 prints, so it's always worth getting a few extra upfront!

Best to order as soon as you've booked your venue! The more notice you can give, the better, especially if your wedding falls during the school holidays or a bank holiday weekend.

As a rough guide: save the dates go out around 12–18 months before your big day, followed by invitations around 7–9 months before, which will include all the finer details.

Yes, always! Every order includes free digital artwork mock-ups and unlimited amendments. Printing won't begin until you're 100% happy and have signed off the artwork.

Of course! If you take a look at the images above, you'll see examples of the back page, which includes a QR code and website URL. There's a small cost to upgrade to double-sided print, giving you space to add more information for your guests.

Most wedding website providers (like Withjoy and The Knot) will generate a QR code automatically. If yours doesn't, just supply your URL alongside your text for the reverse and I'll create one to print on your save the dates.

Yes, as long as translations are provided and you're able to check the artwork proof before printing. You can also mix and match languages, for example, 25 printed in English and 25 printed in Italian, with a minimum of 50 prints required for mixed-language orders.
