When should I place an order?
I'd recommend ordering your on-the-day stationery around 4-6 weeks before the big day. By then you should have all your RSVPs back, so you'll have your final guest count and guests names ready to go.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders arrive within 7 days.
International orders arrive within 10-14 days.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! At checkout you'll see the option to upgrade your order.
This typically brings your turnaround time down to 3-4 days, for a flat fee which covers both fast-track production and express delivery.
Please note that to secure your rush slot, you must approve the artwork within 24 hours.
Can I change the wording?
Yes! The menus are custom made for your wedding. They can be customised for a traditional wedding breakfast up to 4 courses, buffet selection, BBQ etc.
Just upload your menu and I'll get started on your order and send over an artwork mockup for you to review.
