Printed onto a thick, durable 3mm or 5mm board, this sign is sturdy to stand on an easel and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Customisation options:
- Choose your preferred shape; from rectangle to arch, wavy and more
- Choose 3mm or 5mm thickness
- Add drilled holes so your sign can be hung up instead of displayed on an easel (only available for rectangle shape signs)

A design mock-up will be emailed to you before printing.
Please carefully check all names, date and details before approval. Once approval is received, printing will begin immediately. Printing will not commence until the design has been signed off.

When should I place an order?
I'd recommend ordering your on-the-day stationery around 4-6 weeks before the big day. By then you should have all your RSVPs back, so you'll have your final guest count and names ready to go.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders arrive within 7 days. Signs aren't currently available for international shipping.
This timescale is based on approving your artwork file within 48 hours of ordering.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! At checkout you'll see the option to upgrade your order.
This typically brings your turnaround time down to 3-4 days, for a flat fee which covers both fast-track production and express delivery.
Please note that to secure your rush slot, you must approve the artwork within 24 hours.
Can I change the wording?
Yes! Every sign is fully personalised to you and your wedding. Just pop your details in and I'll get started on your order and send over an artwork mockup for you to review.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes, always! Every order includes free digital artwork mock-ups and unlimited amendments. Printing won't begin until you're 100% happy and have signed off the artwork.
Is it suitable for outdoor use / will it survive rain or wind?
These signs work well both indoors and outdoors. If you're planning to use yours outside, I'd recommend going for the 5mm thickness as it's heavier, so it'll hold up better if it's a windy day!
Does it come with a stand?
The easel shown in the photos isn't included. I'd recommend checking with your venue first, as most will have easels or stands on-site you can use. If not, Hobbycraft have a good selection, or it's worth having a look on Facebook Marketplace too!

Can you print in other languages?
Yes, as long as translations are provided and you're able to check the artwork proof before printing.
