Passport invitation packages start from £160.00.
The starter package includes the passport invitation with 4 inside pages, envelopes and personalised envelope stickers. Upgrade your package to make it truly unique, by adding any of the following optional extras and building your own package to suit your budget

Used to tie around the passports, engraved with your wedding date. 18 colours to choose from, ribbon or rustic string included

4. DESIGN
The design process will begin. All orders include free digital mock-ups and unlimited amendments to make sure you're 100% happy

5. PRINTING
Once you are happy with the design mock-up and have approved the artwork, I'll start printing your invitations!
You will receive an invoice via email along with an online form where you can upload your wedding text and details
6. DELIVERY
Your invitations are on the way! 99% of orders arrive within approximately 10-14 days

FAQ'S
Can the invitations be customised?
Yes! The passports can be fully customised to match your preferences. They are available in any colour and come personalised with your text and a front cover map that reflects the country where you’re getting married.

How do I supply my text and photograph?
Once your order and payment is received, I’ll send over an online form where you can upload your information.

Can I change the text shown in the sample?
Absolutely. The text shown on the sample is
just an example of what you may like to include.
You can adapt it to suit your needs, for instance,
replacing the itinerary with a menu, dress code details,
add a QR code inside to link to your wedding website,
or any other information you’d like to include.

Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes, all orders include free digital mock-ups, along with
unlimited amendments to ensure everything is perfect
before printing. Printing will not begin until you’re
100% happy and have approved the artwork.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, due to the time it takes to personalise and create your wedding invitations, the minimum order is 20.
Can I add a QR code?
Yes, you can include a QR code that links directly to
your wedding website to collect RSVPs quickly and easily. Most websites provide a free downloadable QR code, but if you’re unable to generate one, you can send me your website link and I can create one for a £10.00 fee.
Alternatively, I also offer physical RSVP cards that guests can fill out and return by post. These cost £1.00 each
and are available in travel-inspired styles such as
luggage tags or boarding pass shapes.

Are there optional extras available?
Yes! I offer a “build your own package” option for all
wedding invitations, making it suitable for all budgets.
Start with the standard package and then add as many or as few optional extras as you like. Options include a range
of envelope colours, wood or acrylic plane colours, foil
printing, ribbon colours, personalised envelopes and more. See examples above, or view my brochure to see the full product range.
When will I receive my invitations?
UK orders are delivered approximately 10-14 days from payment, add +7 days for international orders.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, you can fast-track your order for an additional £50.00 fee. Your order will then be shipped within 7 days.
When should I order my wedding invitations?
For destination weddings, invitations should be ordered around 10-12 months before your wedding. Don't forget, the more notice for guests, the better!

How many invitations should I order?
Order 10-15% extra to allow for last-minute additions, keepsakes and one for your photographer and videographer to use on the wedding day!

Do I need one invitation per guest?
It's usually one per household, couple or family. Please double check your guest count before ordering to avoid over spending.

Do you offer samples?
Yes! You can order sample packs via my website shop. This is highly recommended to see colours, sizing, and quality before placing a full order. The samples are not personalised.

Can you print in other languages?
As long as the translations are provided. You can mix and match your invitations, for example 25 in English language and 25 in Italian language for no additional charge. You can check the text during your digital mock-up phase and request amendments.
